To enable SGHA to send you hardcopy mailings, (e.g. Annual Meeting Notice, Assessment Notice, etc.) and also contact you by email, please fill out complete contact information. i.e.:

 

• All primary Residents/Lot Owners names.

• Any or all phones to have on file for primary Association Members.

• Mailing Address 

• Lot Nos.

• Also indicate in the "DIRECTORY" Section, if you want your contact information included in the "Members Directory" which is shared only with other SGHA Association Members.
