LETTER TO REAL ESTATE AGENTS
July 30, 2024
Thank you for your interest in marketing real estate in Seven Glens. This letter is to let you know that should you ever need any information about Seven Glens, we would be happy to assist you in any way we can.
You may find more information about Seven Glens, including the Declaration, Bylaws, and contact phone numbers, elsewhere on this website.
The Seven Glens’ general annual assessment for the current fiscal year is $600.00. Our fiscal year is from July 1 to June 30. Real estate closing information regarding the status of assessment payments can be obtained from our treasurer at (828) 484-8430. Please be prepared to provide the name, address, and phone number of the buyer at that time.
Seven Glens is a 23 year old, 700 acre restricted, residential community located in Madison County just over the Buncombe County line, a 25 minute drive from downtown Asheville. It is a low-density development having a total of 210 lots, approximately 90% of which have already been sold by the developer. Seven Glens is approximately 50% built out. Home prices range from slightly under $500,000 to over $1,000,000. Lots range from just under 2 acres up to 12 acres. Architectural Guidelines, which include a description of the approval process and requirements for new construction, are available on request.
Seven Glens has an active Board of Directors that oversees the maintenance of our infrastructure, administration of covenant compliance, and assessment collections.
A Seven Glens restriction prohibits all signs other than one “For Sale” sign per lot. Real estate directional signs are not allowed; however, so long as this privilege is honored, open house signs that are posted the day of the event and removed by the next day will be permitted.
We recognize the important work done by real estate professionals and desire to cooperate with you in any way we can. Should you have any questions about Seven Glens, or if we may be of assistance to you or your clients, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Very truly yours,
Ken Durden, President
