Seven Glens is a 23 year old, 700 acre restricted, residential community located in Madison County just over the Buncombe County line, a 25 minute drive from downtown Asheville. It is a low-density development having a total of 210 lots, approximately 90% of which have already been sold by the developer.

To preserve and enhance the quality of life and sense of community in Seven Glens through effective and efficient management of the Association, reasonable and consistent enforcement of the rules and covenants to preserve property values.

Annual General Assessment is $600.00 per site of ownership. There is no additional Special Assessment at this time. Any assessment not paid by the stated due date is subject to a late charge of $20, as well as $20/month thereafter.
